Nepali Film Festival and photo exhibition

To celebrate the 50th anniversary of diplomatic ties between the European Union and Nepal, the EU Delegation to Nepal is putting together a photo exhibition (2-3 December 2024 between 9.00 and 17.00) and a film festival (2-4 December 2024) at Cinema Flagey in Brussels, highlighting Nepali filmmaking and photography.

Twelve movies directed by some of the best Nepalese filmmakers will be screened, and six of them will be present during the festival to answer questions and discuss with the audience. You can find additional information here. 

The photo exhibition "MITRATA" (friendship) will also be held at Cinema Flagey on 2 and 3 December. It will feature 50 incredible photos taken by young Nepalese photographers, telling incredible stories of mutual respect, cultural exchange and shared values in the simplicity of everyday life.

Both events are free of charge on a first-come, first-served basis.
