OPSYS – Webinar to launch the test phase – 17 October 2017 from 12.30 to 14.30

Dear all,

I invite you to save the date for a webinar which will launch the first test phase of OPSYS.

This webinar is open to all HQ units and EUDs.

Its objective is to present the current status of OPSYS and to launch the test phase, which will extend from 17 October to 17 November this year.

A draft programme is attached for information; it might be subject to changes.

You will shortly receive instructions to register.

The webinar will be recorded and made available on Capacity4Dev or directly by e-mail.

Additional webinars to support you during the test phase are planned as follows:

• Specific to FPI: 26 October from 12.30 to 14.30
• Specific to NEAR: 27 October from 12.30 to 14.30
• Specific to DEVCO: 9 November from 12.30 to 14.30

• Feedback on the testing common to DEVCO, NEAR and FPI: 16 November

Allow me to also inform you that the pilot EUDs and HQ units will be invited to a workshop in Brussels on 30/01, 31/01 and 01/02/2018.
