On the occasion of the 1st National Conference on Migration and Refugee (COMIGRAR) in São Paulo, Brazil, from 30 May to 1 June 2014, FIIAPP presented the EU-LAC Project.
This conference was organized by the Ministry of Justice of Brazil, in collaboration with the country's Ministry of Labour and Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Brazil, IOM and UNDP.
The objective was to bring together different sectors and actors (academic, public officials at regional, national and state levels, Non-Governmental Organisations, migrant associations, etc.) involved in Migration in order to debate and generate collective reflection with a view to enrich the construction and implementation of Public Policies relating to Migration.
