Solid Waste Management Training for private sector and government representatives in Zambia.

The European Union Delegation to Zambia is pleased to invite you to the Solid Waste Management Training for private sector and government representatives in Zambia. The training will take place in Lusaka on September 11, 2024, from 9:00 to 5:00 p.m. with participants from the European Union Delegation, key stakeholders from Zambia’s private sector involved in solid waste management, including SMEs, financial sector involved or interested in material recovery, institutions involved in material recovery and SWM and key actors in international cooperation and colleagues from the Green Tech 4CE European Union programme.

The training will cover the management and recovery of organic waste, as well as the management of key materials such as plastics, metals, paper and cardboard, and glass. It will include business models and financial viability aspects.
