Taking PEFA to New Heights

Fiscus are offerring what we believe is the first training course in the use of the upgraded PEFA framework. The upgraded framework is now undergoing final testing and will be formally introduced later in 2015. This is an excellent opportunity for anybody involved in undertaking or managing PEFA assessments who will need to get up to speed with the changes. Go to www.fiscus.org.uk.

The PEFA Assessment Framework was extensively upgraded during 2013 & 2014, introducing new indicators and significantly revising many others. This new indicator set is now undergoing final field testing and is expected to be introduced later in 2015. 

This course provides a detailed introduction to the testing version of the upgraded PEFA framework, explaining the changes made and their rationale and outlining the data requirements for their assessment. It will equip PFM specialists to apply the new framework (including  the upgraded version of the Performance Report), and to interpret its results for PFM reform design.  It will also provide an opportunity for direct interaction  with the PEFA Secretariat by video-conference. Go to www.fiscus.org.uk.
