Training: Gender equality and results-based management

This hands-on workshop will introduce participants to the fundamentals of results-based management for social change and gender equality. Topics include: participatory techniques, problem analysis, defining theories of change for gender equality, planning for gender equality results, gender sensitive monitoring and evaluation.

Target Audience: Development planners and practitioners who wish to design and carry out effective, equitable and sustainable programmes and projects. Preliminary familiarity with key gender concepts and approaches is a pre-requirement for participation. Prior participation in the course "Mainstreaming gender equality: concepts and instruments" (14 - 18 November 2016) is highly recommended for those who do not have previous gender expertise.
