Webinar - Influencing Society and Policy through Health Journalism - 26th April 15 pm WAT time

The West Africa Network for Emerging Leaders in health (WANEL) Advocacy & Communication Technical Working Committee is organizing a webinar to hold on Friday, April 26, 2019 from 1500-1540 WAT. 

The hour-long webinar will focus on the broad subject ‘Influencing Society and Policy through Health Journalism.’ 

The presenters/speakers are 

• Somto Mbelu who will speak on ‘Role of Strategic Communication in Attaining UHC in Nigeria.’ 
• Adie Vanessa Offiong will be sharing her experience reporting on pregnant displaced women gave birth aided by traditional birth attendants and how the story forced government intervene. 
• Dr. Roger Atinga will engage the presentations and the presenters.
