[AID EFFECTIVENESS]-Module 11 – The Task on Fragility

The purpose of this Task is to explore the concept and challenges of a Transition Compact through a practical exercise of trying to prepare one. Since no country has yet prepared a Transition Compact since Busan, there is no standard model or design. The Task is to prepare a Transition Compact for South Sudan.  Doing this exercise should help think through and understand better the challenges of the Transition Compact and the issues to be faced in preparing one.
