Annex 7_Final Report 2024 Promopêche_Mauritania

This report, prepared by C4ED, presents the findings of a qualitative evaluation of the Promopêche project implemented by ILO in Mauritania. The evaluation assesses the project's contribution to employability, employment, livelihoods, migration and resilience.

Commissioned by the EUTF, this evaluation is part of a series of seven counterfactual impact evaluations of EUTF-funded projects, two qualitative evaluations, complementing an overarching assessment of 84 projects that aimed at promoting economic opportunities across the Horn of Africa and Sahel-Lake Chad regions.
