The Challenge and Promise of Youth-led Development

This short paper is the first report in the "Global Youth-Led Development Series" that UN-Habitat publishes on youth empowerment. The data is based on our Urban Youth Fund and other data sources we are gathering through our programs.

This report analyzes both formal and informal youth-led initiatives. The report gives insight to how grassrooths youth-led projects emerges and what they need to be successful.
