Just few comments, I hope helpful for you:

I would suggest to add a summary table about the logical framework (objectives, target groups, specific objectives for target groups, etc.)A GANTT timetable could be also inserted, to give an overview of the timing for the different activities and milestonesAbout the first quantitative Indicator of achievement, (80 % beneficiaries reached) : I would suggest to specify n° or kind overall beneficiaries, in order to have clear the measurement (% of what)Also qualitative indicators could be detailed (for ex.  Field visits interviews: how many, frequency, who is involved in, etc.).
