Concept note for the Regional Technical Meeting on Climate Change

The Regional Technical Meeting will take place in Belize, in July 2013 and will precede the Programme Steering Committee meeting (PSC). Recommendations from the Regional Technical Meeting will be forwarded to the PSC for their deliberation and possible approval.

The aim of this meeting is to bring together the Intra-ACP Regional Components to:

·raise their interest in the Intra-ACP programme

·improve communication and coordination

·identify synergies between the regional components

·identify synergies with the Intra-ACP GCCA programme

·establish thematic networking groups.
