DEAR Communication - the basics, good examples and pointers for social media

As part of a 2020 series of Inception Seminars for new DEAR projects, the DEAR Support Team organised a two-hour session on communication for DEAR projects. This presentation gives a brief rundown of the essentials for a DEAR project communication plan, some examples of good communication work developed by past DEAR projects and offers some tips and guidance for social media use. This session took place virtually due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, which added greater emphasis to social media planning and preparation than previous DEAR seminars on communication.
