We brought together our partners in Lima—over 400 representatives from justice and security institutions across Latin America, the Caribbean, and the European Union—under the banner 'Cooperation that Protects', to define the region’s priorities in the fight against organised crime in the lead-up to the upcoming EU-CELAC summit
