These documents are part of the EYD2015 toolkit for stakeholders. The zio file includes the following documents necessary to enable you to become an active contributor tot he EYD2015 website:

• Guidelines on the EYD2015 website  for communication partners
• A newsletter from the EYD2015 web and social media teams describing the approach and work methods proposed by EuropeAid
• The tchnical manual for EYD2015 website contributors, explaining all the site features and how they work
• The Terms and Conditions of the Website and corresponding Declaration of agreement to the Terms and Conditions, as well as the table you must use to nominate contributors from within your organisation or  from your network of partners

The EYD2015 website at a glace

• Each member state, international organisation and CSO participating in the EYD2015 campaign can publish information relevant to the European Year directly on the website 
• The website will exist in 23 language versions. Partners are encouraged to produce content in their own languages (and are of course very welcome to produce content in more languages.
• Stories are the 'engine' of the website. Every week the Commission will create a Story of the week, translated to all languages, which the partners are welcome to contribute to. Partners are invited to create their own stories, posts and events.
