This complex policy process involving 79 ACP and 28 EU countries deserves an evidence-based debate at the level of the African Union. On Tuesday 8 December the African Union Commission will organise a special conference on the future of ACP-EU relations in partnership with the European Centre for Development Policy Management (ECDPM) and Friedrich Ebert Stiftung (FES).
