Gender marker : guidance for European Fund for Sustainable Development Plus

The Gender Action Plan III and the NDICI-GE regulation state that all EU funded actions, including investments under the European Fund for Sustainable Development Plus (EFSD+), must mainstream gender equality applying the OECD-DAC gender equality policy marker methodology. In order to translate the methodology requirements to the EFSD+, with the support of the Criterion Institute, DG INTPA and DG NEAR developed the attached guidance in collaboration with gender equality experts from Development Finance Institutions partners.
