Mid-term evaluation of the Civil Society Fund programm in Ethiopia

The CSF programme started in 2006. A decision to implement a second phase of CSF was required by end-2007. An external mid-term review was therefore called to examine the operation of the different aspects of the programme and provide a detailed review of the activities carried out in the first phase and appraise the feasibility of the second phase.

The evaluation was conducted in Ethiopia in the period 29 January - 20 Fevrier 2007.
