Monitoring Review of the Tacis NP Monitoring Programme Moldova

The objective of this document is aimed at supporting the development of a new Country Strategy Paper (CSP) for Moldova for the period 2007 – 2013. The analysis of the implementation of the Technical Assistance (TA) projects financed by the European Union
in Moldova is based on the CSP 2002 – 2006, National Indicative Programmes and Action Plans. The main target of this review is to draw attention to the lessons learnt during the recent years while designing the future programmes.
