MONITORS´ REVIEW of the Technical Assistance to the Countries of the Commonwealth of Independent States (Tacis) in 2005 to 2007 based on the Findings of Result Oriented Monitoring.

The main objective of this report is to undertake an evaluation of the Tacis programme over the three year period - 24 November 2004 to 23 November 2007 inclusive – particularly from the perspective of a sector wide approach.
