PACTE – Programme d’Action pour les Compétences Transition Énergétique (TEI OP-VET)

PACTE – Programme d’Action pour les Compétences Transition Énergétique is implemented in Côte d’Ivoire from November 2025 to October 2027, led by Universiteit Leiden. The project targets the renewable energy sector, strengthening public–private collaboration to ensure that VET programmes in solar energy and energy efficiency respond to employer needs and emerging investments.

This project is implemented under Pillar 3 of the TEI Opportunity-Driven Skills and VET in Africa (OP-VET).
Pillar 3 supports strategic, opportunity-driven VET and skills development projects that align training with concrete employment opportunities arising from public and private investments. By engaging employers, VET institutions and public actors, these projects strengthen workforce readiness in priority sectors and support sustainable job creation.
