PHARE – Holistic Approach to Expanding Access to Renewable Energy through Training & Enterprises

PHARE – Holistic Approach to Expanding Access to Renewable Energy through Training & Enterprises is implemented in Madagascar from January 2026 to December 2027, led by the Institut Européen de Coopération et de Développement (IECD). The project focuses on renewable energy, working closely with solar companies and TVET institutions to co-design work-based learning and connect young people to employment opportunities created by growing investments in the solar sector.
