Promoting forest-based value chains

Promoting forest-based value chains is key to the EU approach to forests, reflected by the Forest Partnerships with partner countries across three continents. 

The EU is promoting sustainable forests-based value chains in Congo, Gabon, Guyana, Mongolia, Uganda and Zambia, serving EU Global Gateway ambitions, attracting green investments, and mitigating climate change.
