From 16 to 19 June 2025, Lima hosted the Annual Meeting of EL PACCTO 2.0, a key forum for enhancing bi-regional cooperation between Latin America, the Caribbean, and the European Union in the fight against transnational organised crime. Del 16 al 19 de junio de 2025, Lima acogió la Reunión Anual de EL PACCTO 2.0, un foro clave para reforzar la cooperación birregional entre América Latina, el Caribe y la Unión Europea en la lucha contra la delincuencia organizada transnacional. Durante cuatro días, autoridades de alto nivel, expertos y representantes institucionales intercambiaron evaluaciones, experiencias y propuestas para promover una respuesta conjunta, estratégica y sostenible.
