Survey on DG ECHO Gender and Age Marker Training

In December 2014, DG ECHO's developed a survey to assess the effectiveness of its Gender and Age Marker Training with regards to the practical use of its contents.

The survey was sent to all training participants, a total of 286 people (101 ECHO staff and 185 Partners).

This report analyzes the feedback received and sets the basis to adjust the training contents to the real needs of humanitarian staff for a more efficient and effective incorporation of Gender and Age considerations into humanitarian proposals and actions.
