The main scope of this Synthesis Report (SR) is to present the overview of the projects in the human and social development (HSD) field monitored in the frame of the Results-Oriented Monitoring (ROM) contract for Centrally Managed Thematic Projects (CMTP). A thorough analysis is presented, focusing on the findings, conclusions and recommendations of the Monitoring Reports (MRs) produced during the period 2008-2011.
