VET4HYDROGEN - Strengthening the Green Hydrogen value chain in Kenya by promoting skills through VET is implemented in Kenya from September 2025 to August 2027, led by [consortium lead]. The project targets the green hydrogen sector, engaging private sector actors along the hydrogen value chain to ensure that skills development is aligned with emerging employment opportunities and investment needs.

This project is implemented under Pillar 3 of the TEI Opportunity-Driven Skills and VET in Africa (OP-VET).
Pillar 3 supports strategic, opportunity-driven VET and skills development projects that align training with concrete employment opportunities arising from public and private investments. By engaging employers, VET institutions and public actors, these projects strengthen workforce readiness in priority sectors and support sustainable job creation.
