Work streams and leads - draft for input

This is a "living doc". Our goal is to have 2 co-leads per topic/project so that workload is distributed more evenly. Leads can decide asap on how to organise and manage their respective topics/leads. Missing leads/co-leads marked in table by a "?". Should you wish to lead/co-lead, please let all know by cob Tuesday 27 Jan. The urgent and time-sensitive projects are highlighted in yellow. As discussed during the meeting, the two mapping exercises are becoming urgent and work should be accelerated to deliver end of January – early February. Idem for the Key messages and LTTs.
