From October 2012 to November 2017 I was part of Capacity4dev’s Coordination Team, where I worked as Knowledge Exchange Coordinator and Journalist.
My role included interviewing development practitioners and filming events to produce content for the platform. I also worked on communication and marketing for Capacity4dev.
My Background
Before joining capacity4dev.eu, I worked for a non-profit organisation in the education sector as a Web Editor and Communications Officer on an internet safety project for the European Commission.
I originally studied Physics at Imperial College London, later specialising in an MSc in Science Communication. During this time I volunteered part-time at the Science Museum in London, and completed a work placement in Geneva on the news section of the Bulletin of the World Health Organisation. I also completed a European Commission traineeship in the Communications Unit at the European Personnel Selection Office; and worked for a short time at EuropeAid.
I am fluent in English and French, and also speak Portuguese, Italian, Spanish and Dutch.
