Established in February 2013, the Institute for Governance Reform (IGR) works as a partner with multiple organisations and is committed to providing excellent technical assistance for capacity-building and reliable and timely analysis for public institutions as well as private-sector and non-state organisations with public responsibilities. Our main advocacy goal is to achieve greater accountability and improved service delivery for Sierra Leoneans everywhere.
