Democratic Governance, Public Administration Reform, Indigenous Rights, the Extractive Industries, Conflict Prevention and Resolution are at the heart of a 20+ year career that straddles International Development and Academia. I have worked for UN agencies, governments, corporate stakeholders, local and international NGOs, and universities in crisis-affected and fragile contexts in low- and middle-income countries (LMICs). Here, I have strengthened both the supply and demand sides of governance, with the aim to improve the lives of vulnerable populations and accomplish the SDGs. I am a creative and proactive programme manager and highly rated participatory development expert who combines extensive experience in programme design (human rights based approach, theories of change, logframe), MERL, capacity development, training/coaching, Covid-19 preparedness assessment, social impact assessment, policy research and political economy analysis (PhD).
