The overall objective (Impact) of the project is to improve the learning outcomes and employability of Tajik young girls and boys with a special attention to the people living in vulnerable situations.
ODAP aimed to increase attendance and enrollment rates in secondary education through a comprehensive and integrated approach, with particular emphasis on specific interventions outlined in the Terms of Reference, such as the establishment of the ‘ODAP Integrated Model’ for addressing early school leaving, along with the implementation of the related IT system known as the Early Warning System (EWS).
