I worked on the development of the EU's Public Diplomacy approach first developing EU Public Diplomacy Programmes in G20 countries under the Partnership Instrument and NDICI Global Europe, then as Advisor for Public Diplomacy to the EEAS and recently as Attaché for Public Diplomacy at the EU Delegation to Canada.
