EL Programa PRODERECHOS tiene por objetivo principal fortalecer el Sistema Nacional de los Derechos Humanos, es decir, al conjunto de instituciones que participan en la promoción, protección y cumplimiento de los derechos humanos en Honduras mediante el fortalecimiento de la articulación y respuesta interinstitucional a las denuncias de derechos humanos, el fortalecimiento de las instituciones para el cumplimiento efectivo de su mandato, y, el fortalecimiento de la atención y capacidad de respuesta en el ámbito local.
