Summary Booklet of the 2025 TED Network Annual Meeting Published

Team Europe Democracy (TED) Third Annual Meeting, held in Brussels on 16–17 September 2025, brought together representatives from EU institutions, Member States, civil society organisations, and partner institutions. The meeting marked an important step forward for TED as the Network moves from growth to connected, results-oriented delivery. Discussions focused on embedding democratic values in the EU’s Global Gateway, advancing rule of law and accountability, strengthening information integrity, and enhancing country-level engagement. The sessions also showcased how TED serves as a platform for collective intelligence, enabling coordination across Member States, EU Delegations, and partners to generate practical, evidence-based results.

The Summary Booklet captures highlights from keynote speeches, plenary sessions, and working group discussions, including examples of how the EU and its partners are advancing democratic governance and civic participation in partner countries.
