Component 1 - ADELANTE Window / Ventana ADELANTE

The ADELANTE Window represented a mechanism that channeled and mobilized resources to “Triangular Partnerships” to implement “Triangular Initiatives” that tackled development challenges in LAC, aligned with the implementation of the 2030 Agenda. 

The ADELANTE Window was executed via annual calls for project proposals (2021-2024); it concluded in March 2025, generated 47 Triangular Cooperation Initiatives implemented by 43 multi-stakeholder and multi-level Triangular Cooperation Partnerships. These initiatives allowed the participation of 258 entities representing 27 countries in Europe and Latin America and the Caribbean, gathered 12,355 people in 285 activities and with a direct impact on all the 17 SDG.
