Description
As part of the Global Gateway initiative, the European Union supports the development of the Trans-Caspian Transport Corridor (TCTC) as a reliable and sustainable route linking Central Asia and Europe. The establishment of the TCTC Coordination Platform in 2024 created a structured framework for dialogue, coordination, and alignment among governments, the European Union, international financial institutions, development partners, and private sector stakeholders.

The assignment includes technical and organisational support across the following key areas:
- Operationalisation and coordination of the TCTC Coordination Platform
- Support to the efficient functioning of the Corridor, including the evaluation and prioritisation of infrastructure projects
- Establishment and operation of the Coordination Platform’s back office in cooperation with the EU Delegation to Kazakhstan
-
Steering, monitoring, and reporting of activities
