• Governance
• Financing and entrepreneurship
• Sectors enhancing economic diversification (green tourism, sustainable agriculture, fishing, forestry, digitalization); 
• Vocational training in partnership with the private sector; 
• Protection of national parks, sustainable forest management and economic development;
• Promotion of the circular economy and support for local authorities (mobilization of financial resources, waste management, coastal protection);
• Promotion of digitization as a vector of energy transition and the creation of services;
• Cultural promotion.
