• Promote jobs creation for young people and women
• Allow access to agricultural areas
• Support to the private sector
• COPERNICUS data and digital technologies for "smart agriculture"

Fisheries:

• Monitoring of fishing zones
• Improve disembarkation infrastructure
• EU private sector investments
• Support to SMEs and jobs creation

Aquaculture: ongoing AFD projects in fish farming

Sanitation:

• Waste recovery (Energy)
• Expand SANITA's results to secondary cities

Forest and landscape approach:

• Rehabilitate profitable forest landscapes
• Combat the degradation of soil fertility
• Promote multi-use integrated management systems to private investors
• Manage and protect categorized forests
• Implement landscape approach around 2-3 priority protected areas (with high agricultural potential or blue growth) -> Jobs

Water resources management:

• Maintain rivers, watershed management, collaboration 
• Strengthen the climate resilience of water systems: Digital
• Access to drinking water
