There is no joint programming document in place for Guinea, but there is interest from Member States to work towards a joint programming based on increased cooperation in recent years.
Coordination between the EU, the Member States present (Belgium, Germany, Spain, France and Italy) and the European Investment Bank has increased in recent years, not least in the process of programming the NDICI Global Europe and the preparation of the Multi-Annual Indicative Programme and the Team Europe Initiatives. Monthly meetings take place with Member States to discuss the challenges and opportunities of cooperation. Discussions have also taken place with the European Investment Bank on the alignment of its activities with European programming and the possibility of an inclusion in a future joint programming.
