Description
The EU delegation plans to proceed with its work on Joint Programming and Team Europe Initiatives in parallel to make best use of synergies between both processes.
Both processes benefit from the close cooperation and exchange built with the Member States, and EIB and ERBD. The synchronization of programming cycles was a favourable element in the development of the TEI and the on-going work on joint programming. This synchronisation allows to agree on priority areas, coordinate preparations, and review maturity of programme ideas.
At the moment there is a Joint Analysis in place that provides a joint assessment on the: i) economic outlook, ii) employment and social vulnerability, iii) political situation and governance, iv) environment, digital transformation, energy and connectivity, v) Mongolia’s development planning capacities and the SDGs.
7 Member States are present in Mongolia (Bulgaria, Czech Republic, France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Poland)
