No joint programming document as of 2021, but development of a Team Europe Vision for 2021-27 is ongoing.    

Team Europe is finalising an informal Team Europe Vision 2021-27 document aligned with the timespan of the third National Development Plan. This working better together document is expected to contribute to a joint analysis and cooperation response in the country. The document is to be endorsed by the Heads of Missions in 2022 and it aims to communicate the EU and MS priorities and work as well as set key sectorial messages promoting the “one voice” concept. One of the successes of this document is consultations for the preparation of the TEI.
