This course is designed for:

• Child Rights and Human Rights Focal Persons and other EC staff in Delegations and at Headquarters involved in development cooperation
  


• Representatives of EU Member States at Embassies or Headquarters who are involved in EC development cooperation
  


• Representatives of Partner Governments or Partner Organisations involved in EC development cooperation

It is expected that participants are familiar with Programme and Project Cycle Management and have basic knowledge of key concepts and EU commitments regarding child rights and development.
