Amedeo Rizzo is a Doctor of Philosophy (DPhil) in Law at the University of Oxford, Exeter College, and Academic Tutor at St Catherine's College (Oxford). He is undertaking research activities on international corporate taxation and tax policy, under the supervision of Professor Tsilly Dagan.

He is an Academic Fellow at Bocconi University and SDA Bocconi School of Management, where he coordinates the Accounting & Tax Policy Observatory (OFC) and the Transfer Pricing Forum. He is a Transatlantic Technology Law Forum Fellow at the University of Stanford, doing research in Law and Technology. He is the Director of the Innovation Policy Network and a member of the Group of Experts on anti-corruption for Transparency International Italy, advising on corporate and tax law. He works as financial advisor for several companies and is one of the founding partners of the Italian audit company Imperium Audit SpA.

Previously, he worked for the Directorate-General for Economic and Financial Affairs (DG ECFIN) of the European Commission as an external advisor on budget and tax policy, and for the International Tax and Transfer Pricing Team of Pricewaterhouse Coopers, Milan. He also collaborated with the Centre for Budget and Governance Accountability (CBGA), India, on financial transparency issues in Asia-Pacific countries.

As concerns his research activities, he is the author of papers published in national and international academic journals, such as International Tax Studies, International Transfer Pricing Journal, Fiscalità e Commercio Internazionale (Italian), and Novità Fiscali (Swiss), and technical newspapers such as We Wealth, which selected him for the top 300 wealth management influencers’ club. He participated in the publication of the book “Brexit: Scenari fiscali e opportunità per i professionisti italiani” published by IPSOA – Wolters Kluwer Italy and presented at the Camera dei Deputati, the Italian Chamber of Deputies.

Amedeo obtained a Master of Science in Taxation (with distinction) from the University of Oxford, a Master of Science in Law and Business Administration (summa cum laude) from Bocconi University, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration. He received the Bocconi - Boroli scholarship for being one of the best Bocconi graduates of 2017.

My extensive technology background encompasses Security and C3 Architectures, Cloud/Big Data Architectures, and deep expertise in the NATO Security domain, including Common Criteria for ITSEC certification and Cloud (CCM of CSA) for NATO CIS accreditation. I am a recognised expert in NATO C3I Systems & Interoperability, including Interface Exchange Requirements (IERs), Interface Control Documents (ICDs), Interoperability Validation & Verification (IV&V) and Modelling & Simulation (NATO "(ALT)BMD" Integration Test Bed). As a Senior Data Scientist, I bring advanced expertise in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML), including Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative Pre-trained AI (GPAI), their evaluation trough HELM methodologies and the design and validation of Digital Twins. I am an active member of the Emerging Technologies (AI) WG of the Cloud Security Alliance (CSA) and have been part of the NATO ACT Data Science Group. I am also proud member of the Italian National Association of Professional Engineers since 1989. My management approach is founded on PMBook, Prince 2 principles, integrated within an ISO 9001 quality system, as well as ITIL certification, ensuring effective leadership, team building, and successful project outcomes. I excel at building consensus and fostering cooperation among diverse groups across government, industry, academia, and international organisations. Samba Diallo est un jeune chercheur indépendant et analyste sénégalais spécialisé en gouvernance, droits humains et politiques publiques. Titulaire d’une Licence en science politique de l’Université Gaston Berger (UGB), il a poursuivi un Master en Paix et Sécurité et suit actuellement un Master professionnel en Droits de l’Homme, Action Humanitaire, Mines et Énergies à l’UCAD. Président du Club de Science Politique de l’UGB (2024–2025), il a initié et coordonné la première compétition interuniversitaire sur les politiques publiques au Sénégal, mobilisant huit universités, des ministères et des partenaires internationaux. Ambassadeur International Youth Change Maker (2025–2026) et Champion National Jeunesse AfCFTA, il s’illustre par son engagement pour l’intégration africaine, la participation citoyenne et l’autonomisation des jeunes. Cofondateur d’Impactus Afrika, il promeut le leadership et l’innovation sociale des jeunes Africains.
