I am a Sustainable Development Practitioner with a diverse expanse of interests and subsequent expertise, which are founded on a keen understanding and appreciation for the significance attributed to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

I am a Results Based Management specialist certified in Projects in Controlled Environments (PRINCE2) qualified with a Master of Science in Development and Project Planning. I am passionate about results, results accountability and planning for results and driven by project delivery aptly named 'deliverology' a term coined by Michael Barber in his book: Instruction to deliver. I designed the first ever Presidential Delivery Unit in Malawi which polited results measurement in the Public Service. I have also worked in Monitoring and Evaluation, trained in 11th European Development Fund contractual and financial procedures, the European Union's Practical Guide and managed Programme Estimates and a Multi Annual Programme Estimate. I have a background of budget formulation and reforms so I can manage transitions through change management.

I’m a development professional with hands-on experience in international cooperation and programme implementation, most recently through my work with the UNDP’s Tax for SDGs Initiative. I supported coordination across 17 African countries, strengthened stakeholder engagement, and contributed to aligning tax systems with the Sustainable Development Goals.

With a Master’s in Development Studies and a background in International Relations and Economics, I bring strong analytical, organisational, and intercultural skills. My personal journey —from Morocco and Ghana to Palestine, Southeast Asia, and Latin America— has shaped my strong commitment to social justice and sustainable development.

I recently completed the Introduction to EU International Partnerships course and am currently pursuing the Google Project Management Certificate. I’m actively looking for opportunities to contribute to international cooperation through meaningful roles in institutions like the European Commission or the UN system, supporting the design and implementation of impactful, results-oriented programmes — particularly in Latin America.

Experienced development professional with over 20 years of success leading international donor-funded (EU, USAID, UN) programs across sectors such as tourism, ICT, agriculture, light manufacturing, and creative industries. Proven expertise in program and project management, human and institutional capacity development, stakeholder engagement, and public-private partnerships. Strong track record in advancing workforce development through strategic collaboration with universities and vocational institutions, developing and launching new certification and training programs, and building skills aligned with market needs. Skilled in SME development, export promotion, trade facilitation, and strengthening quality infrastructure and standards.
