Ercan KÜÇÜKARSLAN is a highly accomplished expert in education management, vocational training (VET), and technology-driven project coordination, with over 29 years of experience in these fields. Holding a Master's degree in Education Management and Inspection from Ankara University and a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Computer Education from Gazi University, Mr. Küçükarslan blends academic rigor with practical expertise to lead transformative initiatives across YOUTH, VET, ADU, and SCH sectors.

With a proven track record of over 17 years as a project coordinator and counselor, Mr. Küçükarslan has actively contributed to and managed more than 80 EU-funded projects, including Erasmus+ KA1 and KA2 projects, as well as the LdV LLP Partnerships. His leadership extends to a diverse range of initiatives designed to empower individuals, bridge skill gaps, and foster inclusion and innovation in education and training.

As an ICT specialist, Mr. Küçükarslan excels in utilizing and integrating digital tools, including office software, Dreamweaver, Adobe applications, CAD software, and advanced networking technologies. His expertise extends to web design, hardware troubleshooting, and creating innovative educational environments.

As a GIZ component manager, I have a clear goal of inspiring my team to achieve gender equality in decent work. In my nine-year career in the health and economic sector in Togo, in the green sector in Cameroon and in the field of rural development in Mali, I have developed a leadership style based on trust and vision. My enthusiasm for yoga and non-violent communication influences my decisions in international cooperation.
