Marc Lionel Ngamani has over ten years of experience in Information Technology. Currently, Marc Lionel is an IT Specialist at Cameroon-IeDEA (www.ca-iedea.org), where he leads data management, Health Informatics research, and IT systems management. Marc Lionel holds a Master of Computer Application from India and various industry certifications in Information Technology. After an experience in an industry where I was focusing on IT infrastructure, he develops a passion for education in particular for Technical Vocational Education and Training (TVET). Marc Lionel is driven by knowledge sharing, education, and collaboration for Entrepreneurship and Sustainable Development. Marc Lionel is committed to empowering the youth of his community and underprivileged through technology innovation and education and therefore contribute to the fight against poverty.

My name is Joseph Mwangi Wamuga, I hold a BSc in Information Technology and an MSc in Information Systems from the University of Manchester (UK). I also possesses Diplomas in Human Resource Management, IT and Education Management, as well as a Diploma in Theology. With over 20 years of hands-on experience in the TVET sector, I have served as a TVET Trainer, CBET Expert, and Principal of a leading TVET institution. I have published in the field of Technical and Vocational Education and Training, and successfully authored grant-winning proposals funded by Australian AID, the Canadian Embassy, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Finland, the Commonwealth of Learning, and AUDA-NEPAD. Am an alumni of JKUAT-Kenya, MASHAV-Israel, NITTR-India, TAFE/QUT-Australia and Cisco Systems. I am keen to partner with TVET institutions in areas such as capacity building, mobility programs, greening TVET, technology-enabled learning, and job-specific skills development.

Fabio Nascimbeni works as Human Capital Development Expert at the European Training Foundation (ETF), where he mainly focuses on digitalisation and learning innovation activities. A Senior Fellow of the European Distance and eLearning Network (EDEN), Fabio has collaborated with different universities and with international institutions such as the European Commission, ILO and UNICEF. He has been active in the field of learning innovation and digital education since 1998, by designing and coordinating more than 40 research and innovation projects across Europe, Latin America and the Caribbean, the South Mediterranean and South East Asia.
