I am a Programme Officer to the EU Delegation in Benin in charge of Energy and Environment. I also have a strong interest for Rural Development and Infrastructures in general. I have been working for the European Commission since September 2005.

I'm a Ghanaian and an African. I am the founder/co-founder of the company and the director. I'm a graduate and I represent the Organisation both internally and externally to rally for support for the achievement of the vision, objectives and the overall goal of the institution. I am hardworking and committed and happy working with the European Union supporting its development agenda as far as the poor and vulnerable are concerned.

I am a senior strategy consultant and founder of Baobab Partners Global Advisory, a boutique consulting firm dedicated to high-impact projects in Africa and the Indian Ocean region. With over 15 years of experience in public policy advisory, financial structuring, and regional development, I work at the intersection of strategy, finance, and territorial transformation.

My expertise includes donor-funded programs, SME structuring, agricultural and fisheries value chains, investment facilitation, and post-crisis recovery strategies. I support governments, development agencies, and entrepreneurs in designing and implementing sustainable, locally rooted solutions.

A graduate of ESCP Business School in Finance and a laureate of the Choiseul 100 ranking for top young leaders in overseas territories, I combine analytical rigor with strong contextual knowledge of territories such as Mayotte, Comoros, Madagascar, and West Africa.

I lead multidisciplinary missions involving institutional reform, strategic planning, project evaluation, training programs, and international partnership building. Fluent in French and English, I work regularly with EU and bilateral development instruments (FED, FSE+, NDICI, INTERREG) and I’m familiar with platforms such as OPSYS, PADOR and eTendering.
