Head of section OPSYS contract management
My passion and curiosity about people, about 'the living', led my personal and professional paths to different places and different countries, where I have experimented with a vast range of encounters and insightful experiences.
For about 30 years I have been involved in the development and coordination of youth-related projects encompassing training courses on intercultural sensitivity and communication, project management, training for trainers, learning 2 learn, and self-directed learning, among others. I also engaged in coaching and in facilitating development and learning processes, for groups or individuals (beyond youth). I had the chance to work with local, national, and European NGOs and platforms, as well as with institutional bodies (European Commission, Council of Europe).
Since then, my path crossed the one of Gestalt therapy and I got trained as a Gestalt therapist at the Belgian Institute of Gestalt Therapy, in Brussels. To support my learning, I continue exploring, discovering and in some cases, training, in different areas such as competence development, the Neurocognitive Behavioural Approach, Inspirational Leadership through Emotional Intelligence and the Process Communication Model. I now have a particular interest in further developing my competencies in the areas of trauma healing and systemic coaching, while being trained on Systemic Family Constellations and their connection with therapy.
From 2017 to 2023, I worked at SALTO Training and Cooperation Resource Centre where I coordinated the development and implementation of the European Training Strategy of the Erasmus+ and European Solidarity Corps programmes.
Advise the members of the Directorate Asia Pacific and Delegations in the programming, design and implementation of budget support programmes and public finance management project.
I'm a CHANGE-MAKER driven by a passion for impacting people's lives, supporting access to health, public health strengthening across the globe and well-being of populations to reduce inequalities.
I'm engaged and immersed in international, European and governmental affairs in public health and development cooperation. I'm working at the Team Europe Support Structure for the MAV+, with an innovative Team Europe and multicultural approach, with the European Commission (DG INTPA), European Member States, development agencies (Enabel, Expertise France and GIZ) and health institutions to achieve equitable access to quality, safe, effective, and affordable health products in Africa.
I'm a Master's graduate in International Relations and European Studies at the University of Florence and an MSc in Economic Analytics at the Gdansk University of Technology, with over eight years of experience in Project Management and Business in the healthcare industry/medical devices and a BBA - Bachelor of Business Administration from the State University of Campinas (Unicamp).
I am a public relations officer at DLR Projektträger (DLR-PT), the project management agency of the German Aerospace Center (DLR).
As one of the largest project management agencies in Germany, DLR Projektträger has been providing comprehensive, knowledge-based services for the management of research, education and innovation for 50 years. Its clients include federal ministries, the European Commission, federal states, as well as scientific organisations and associations.
The agency advises on strategies and programmes, manages accompanying dialogue processes, plans and assumes the operational implementation of funding programmes, supports knowledge transfer, and evaluates the impact of the programmes and initiatives of its clients.
DLR-PT is also a frequent coordinator and partner in EU funded international STI cooperation projects.
