I'm a legal advisor in tenders and grants. I was part of the EuropeAid's legal Unit from 2000-2007. In charge of the PRAG (and annexes) and trainer (grants, services, supplies, works, program estimates...). Since 2007, I'm the founder of Arkipelago Consulting leader in EU procedures legal support.

In last two decades advising government institutions, international organisations and civil society organizations and networks in Asia/Pacific and Africa on institutional development, strategic and business planning, capacity development, knowledge and information management, communication, partnerships, use of ICTs, and innovation in different socio-economic sectors.
I have worked with international networks, NGOs, community-based organizations and local communities in the broader context of sustainable development with a focus on poverty reduction, gender equality, sustainable livelihoods, life-long learning, health and education. Before 2000 specifically focused on research and management of fisheries in Africa, Asia and the Caribbean.

I have twenty plus (20+) years of experience in development, gender and humanitarian contexts. I am a gender, diversity and protection specialist. I hold a master’s degree in Human Rights, in Public Health, and in Conflict Resolution and Peacekeeping. My areas of expertise include M&E in humanitarian settings, capacity building and policy-oriented research on gender, protection and diversity.. I have worked for the Spanish Ministry of Foreign Affairs, for several Civil Society Organizations, such as Save the Children, for universities, for UN agencies, such as UNICEF and the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights, for UN Women, for WHO, for UNFPA, for bilateral agencies (Expertise France, AECID, GIZ, SIDA), for the European Commission (both, DG ECHO and DG INTPA) and for think tanks. Flexible and patiente. I am a team worker, but I am also used to work with autonomy. I love multicultural enviroments and I am highly committed to my job!
